Your Quarterly Luxe Rewards
Four times a year, we release our Luxe Loyalty Drops — exclusive reward events inspired by beauty-loop style gifting, but curated especially for Luxe guests.

Each Loyalty Drop runs for two weeks only, and this is your window to visit the salon and collect your reward. Rewards change every quarter and may include premium minis, deluxe samples, treatment vouchers, seasonal gifts and little surprises chosen to elevate your hair experience.

Your Points & Tiers
Your points place you into one of our Luxe Tiers — from everyday lovers to our most loyal Legacy guests. The higher your tier, the more elevated your quarterly reward becomes.

A Few Things to Know
• Points stay active for 12 months from when you join
• Rewards can’t be transferred, shared or redeemed for cash
• Rewards are collected in-salon during the two-week drop period
• You’ll receive reminders so you never miss a drop
